I utilize systemic practices to challenge my clients. I believe creating non-judgmental and open thinking allows growth to occur. All of the systems that we are a part of can impact the way we think about ourselves and our ability to connect with others. This can severely impact our mental health and our ability to heal. Curiosity can shed light on some of our darkest places and what better way to address that darkness than together in a safe environment. I am here to help you manage issues related to sexuality, severe and persistent mental illness, sense of self, trauma, loss, and life transitions.
I have a history of working with the LGBTQIA+ community, people with addiction, aging adults, people seeking sex specific therapy, couples, families, and individuals with a variety of mental health needs. If you are interested in setting up a session please reach out and let's see if we are a therapeutic match!

Welcome to my therapy practice, where I work with individuals, couples, and families and integrate a variety of modalities to create a personalized approach tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. I specialize in person-centered therapy, empowering individuals to take charge of their growth and healing journey. Is life getting you down? People getting under your skin? Is the math not mathing in your life? With a background in the field of Social Work, my approach draws from Relational Cultural Theory, Strengths Based, Person-Centered and Solution Focused therapies seeking to create a supportive, brave, and validating therapeutic relationship. Where play therapy is an intervention with children, I believe that adults use humor to engage in play and enjoy using this tool in sessions. We exist in complex worlds that create unique experiences and challenges, which is why I aim to tailor my approach to each individual I meet. My goal is to help you build on your skills and strengths, reinforce autonomy, and create growth fostering relationships in your life. I have developed a passion in my previous work with survivors of sexual violence, those experiencing homelessness, and those with severe and persistent mental illness to reduce harm through healthy relationships and effective skills to manage what the world throws at us. Let's tackle the hard things together!
